My Letter to You
Cove Springs
Dandridge, Tennessee 37725
June 2009
In 2007, I happened by an old farmhouse less than a mile from our Dandridge home. It was located in a cove in the side of a high hill overlooking the mountains and lake. Behind the house was a small, spring-fed pond. For years I had run by that quaint setting but this time was different. It was for sale. Two years have passed and the old house is gone. In its place stands an arts and crafts stone entrance to the 80 acre farm we now call Cove Springs. There are 56 wooded lots lining the paved roads that wind past the springs and pond, climb to the meadows which look out on Douglas Lake and the Smoky Mountains and finally end at the water’s edge.
I am not a developer. I am a lover of East Tennessee and all the amenities it brings to my life and the lives of those close to me. Cove Springs is my way to share with others the chance to experience East Tennessee living in a truly unique place. This is a wonderful spot to design and build your own home on one of the cove’s private and quiet lots. Take time to explore the information I have provided you by clicking on the links above. I believe you will want to call us to schedule a visit and meet my realtor friends, Megan Campbell and John Maple. I live here so meet me, too.
Come for a visit stay for a lifetime,

John Maple
